Crumby Chat






Preparation :-

Frying Bread Crumbs :-

  • Take 5 Bread slices . Cut their corners i.e, brown part . Now cut bread slices into square cubes. Just like this.

  • Heat a kadai add sufficient oil to deep fry bread cubes .

  • When oil is heated add bread cubes and fry till golden brown . ( Bread cubes fry within less than a minute . so be cautious . Put flame in Sim )

  • Take them into a bowl. They will be crunchy.

For Dressing :-

  • Finely chop 1 onion , 1 tomato , 2 green chillies.

  • Take a bowl add chopped onion , tomato , green chillies , Add 1/4 tspn red chilly powder , 1/2 tspn chat masala powder , 1/2 tspn salt , 1 tbspn Tomato ketchup , Finely chopped 5 strigs of coriander leaves and 1/2 wedge lemon juice .

  • Mix nicely and put aside.

Preparing Chat :-

  • Mix ur above dressing to fried bread crumbs and carefully mix them.

  • Serve them to ur guest and wait for their sweet compliements.

    Hey guna , thats my old kadai that i used in chennai. It has got a big story reasoning y it turned black . When i first started deep frying i was too scared and i used to drop vada half in oil and other half outside . so becoz of that my kadai got burnt . hahaha good story kada.

    varnee, nuvvu kadai kuda chennai nunchi teesukellavannamata, ninnu nee kadai ni musium lo pettali. intaki chickem sangati cheppaledu taste chesava??

    hi anu , i did not bring that kadai . that recipe is done when we are in chennai. chicken thintanu nenu .adhi okkati alavatu ayyindhi.
