Egg Pulav






Preparation :-

  • Take 1/4 kg basmati rice and wash it nicely . Pour Sufficient water And soak it for 30 mins.

  • Chop 1 onion , 5 -6 green chillies , 1 small potato , 1 carrot and 1 tomato.

  • Heat a Cooker / Bowl add 1tspn ghee and 1 tbspn oil . When it gets heated add 5 cloves , 5 cardamoms , 1 inch cinnamon stick , 2 star anise , 2 marati mogga , mace , 1/4 tspn shajirra and 2 bay leaves. After a min add chopped green chillies and 10 pudina leaves .

  • When chillies r fried add chopped onion and fry till golden colour .

  • Add freshly grounded 1 tspn ginger garlic paste. Fry till rawness vanishes.

  • Add chopped potato , carrot . Fry till half done. U can add pinch of salt.

  • Add tomato , 1/4 tspn coriander powder and 1/4 tspn cumin powder.

  • When tomato is cooked Break 3 eggs and mix nicely , Finally make it like Egg bhurji. Fry nicely .

  • Now add 1 &1/2 glass water and 1 &3/4 tspn salt.

  • When water boils add presoaked drained rice.

  • Add 5 Strigs of Coriander leaves and 1 strig of curry leaves.

  • If u want u can add colour water on top.

  • Put whistle and off the stove after 10 mins or after 1st whistle. Put 2 mins in sim.

  • Open the lid after 15 mins and ur yummy yummy flavoured egg pulav is ready to serve.
