TINDORA FRY / DONDAKAYA FRY




INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

Tindoras / dondakayalu : 20

onions : 1 big(equalent to tindora pieces)

curry leaves :5

salt : 1/2tspn

chillypowder :1/2tspn

turmeric : 1/4tspn

oil : 2 tspns

PREPARATION:

  • Wash & Chop tindoras/ dondakayalu lengthwise into4 pieces.
  • chop onions into lengthwise
  • Heat a pan add oil, onions, curry leaves .

  • After 2mins add tindoras / dondakayalu.

  • Fry till they turn their colour. They should cook completely.

  • Atlast add salt, chillypowder and turmeric. mix well

  • Switch off the stove after 5 mins.
  • ur tasty tindora fry is ready to serve with rice and a drop of ghee.
