INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Dondakayalu / tindora : 20
onion :1
tomato :1
oil : 2 tspns
green chilly :1
ginger garlic paste : 1/4 tspn
salt : 1/2 tspn
chillypowder : 1/4 tspn
turmeric : 1/4 tspn
everest sabji masala : 1/4 tspn
coriander leaves : 3 strigs.
PREPARATION :-
- Chop tindoras , onion , tomato and green chilly.
- Heat a kadai add oil.
- When it is heated add green chilly , next add onions.
- After 2 mis add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add chopped tindoras , mix well and put alid.
- When it is halfdone add 1/4 tspn salt.
- Fry it nicely till they r perfectly cooked. It takes little more time than other vegetables.
- When it is done add chopped tomato .
- When it becomes mushy add remaining salt , chillypowder , turmeric , Everest sabji masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Put lid and switchoff the stove after 5 mins.
- Serve with rice / rotis.
