INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Raw rice : 1/4 kg
cabbage : 1/2 of a small one
carrots :3
beans : 20
green chillies : 3
spring onion : 1 bunch
onion :1
soya sauce : 2 tbspns
chilly sauce : 1/2 tspn
vinegar : 1/2 tspn
azinomoto : 1/2 tspn
chilly powder : 1/4 tspn
coriander powder : 1/4 tspn
garlic pods :10
ginger garlic paste : 1/4 tspn
curry leaves : 2 strigs
pepper powder : 1/4 tspn
eggs :2
PREPARATION :-
- Soak rice in water for 20 mins and cook it. complete Cooking before 20mins of starting actual process.
- Cool rice and mix sufficient salt .
- Chop cabbage , carrot , beans , spring onions , onion and green chillies.
- Peelout the skin of garlic pods and chop them finely.
- Heat a pan add oil . add chopped garlic pods .
- Immediately add chillies , pepper , curry leaves.
- Now add onion and after 5 mins add all chopped vegetables except spring onions.
- Mix well . Fry till half done. Add little salt .
- Add chilly powder and coriander powder. mix well.
- Now add azinomoto , soya sauce , chilly sauce.
- Dont fry vegetables till they become soft. They should be little crunchy.
- In mean time in another pan do egg bhurji with 2 eggs , pinch of salt and pinch of pepper.
- Add this bhurji and spring onions to vegetables and mix well.
- Immediately add cooked rice and mix well.
- When rice becomes hot switchoff stove and serve hot.
- NOTE :- If u dont add egg it is chinese veg rice.
