INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Potatoes :3
onions :2
tomato :1 big
green chillies : 3
oil :1 tbspn
cloves :3
cardamoms :3
cinnamon stick :1 inch pieces -2
ginger garlic paste : 1 tspn
curry leaves : 1 strig
fenugreek powder :pinch
water : 1/2 glass
coriander leaves : 5 strigs
POWDERS :-
salt : 1/2 tspn
chillypowder : 1/2tspn
coriander powder :1/2 tspn
cumin powder : 1/4 tspn
garam masala powder : lessthan 1/4 tspn
turmeric : 1/4 tspn
PREPARATION :-
- First boil potatoes and peelout their skin and cut them into pieces.
- Chop onions , tomato , greenchillies.
- Heat a pan add oil , cloves , cardamoms , cinnamon sticks , greenchillies , onions and ginger garlic paste , add all one by one and fry them nicely.
- After onion is fried add tomato and boil it fully .
- To the boiled tomato add all the POWDERS and mix well.
- Now add chopped potatoes and mix well . fry for 2 mins.
- Add water according to ur required consistency .
- When it starts boiling add coriander leaves .
- If u want u can add descinated coconut.
- switchoff stove when it boils fully.
- Tasty potato curry is ready to serve with rotis.
