INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Green chillies :10
salt : lessthan 1/4tspn
coriander powder : less than 1/4 tspn
amchur / dry mango powder : lessthan 1/4 tspn
oil : 1/2 tspn
PREPARATION :-
- First take tender and less spicy green chillies and wash them.
- Take one safety pin and cut them from their stem till another end .
- Heat a pan add oil and fry this greenchillies and immediately add salt , coriander powder and amchur powder and mix well.( It just takes 1 or 2 mins to get fried so add powders quickly)
- This will be good to have with dal .

If you want crisp fried chillies just put small slit on chillies and deep fry in oil and take them out . So that chillies will turn dry and crisp and when you deep fry chillies , they will loose spicyness lilbit.
