INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Chikkudu kayalu / indian broad beans : 30
salt : 1/2 tspn
chilly powder :1/2tspn
turmeric :pinch
garlic pods : 6
oil :1 tbspn
PREPARATION :-
- Wash beans and cut them into pieces.
- Heat a pan add oil , add beans pieces and crushed garlic pods and fry them nicely.
- Finally add salt , chilly powder , turmeric and mix well.
- Fry it for 5 more mins and switchoff the stove .
- Serve hot with rice and a drop of ghee.
