INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Baby potatoes :10
curd :3/4 cup
salt :1 tspn
onions :2
oil :1 tbspn
fresh cream : 2 tspns
boiled green peas :1/2 cup
FOR MASALA PASTE :-
cloves :5
cardamoms :4
poppy seeds :3 tspns
green chillies :3
ginger : 1 inch piece
garlic pods :5
cashews :4
sugar :1/2 tspn
coriander powder : 1 tspn
cumin powder :1 tspn
turmeric : 1 /2 tspn
garam masala powder : 1/2 tspn
chilly powder :1 tspn
PREPARATION :-
- Boil potatoes and green peas . peelout the skin of potatoes.
- Grind all ingredients under the subtitle " FOR MASALA PASTE ". dont forget to dry fry poppy seeds and grind it first in dry container.
- To baby potatoes add grinded paste and mix well.
- Take curd and beat it well and add to potatoes and mix well. Marinate this mixture for nearly 20 mins.
- Heat a pan add oil , add finely sliced onions and fry till golden colour.
- Add ur marinade and mix well.
- Inbetween add corianderleaves .
- Boil till oil separates . it takes nearly 10 mins.
- Decorate with fresh cream.
- Serve hot with rotis / paratas / rice.
