CAPSICUM FRY





INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-

Capsicum : 2

onion :1

green chillies : 1 or 2

salt : 1/2 tspn

coriander powder : 3 tspns

oil : 2 tspns

PREPARATION :-

  • Chop onion , green chillies and capsicum.

  • Heat a pan add oil , when it is heated add green chillies .

  • Next add onions .

  • After 2 mins add chopped capsicum .Whe it is half done add salt.

  • When they r cooked completely add coriander powder and fry well .

  • After 5 mins switchoff the stove.

  • Serve with rice.
