SERVES : 2 ADULTS
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Tomatoes : 7
raw rice : 250 gms
Green chillies : 6
onions : 1 big
mint leaves : 10
coriander leaves :5 strigs
salt : 1 & 1/2 tspns
ginger garlic paste : 3/4 tspn
whole garam masalas : -
cloves : 5
cardamoms :5
cinnamon stick : 2 " piece
star anise :2
nutmug powder : pinch
shajeera : 1/4 tspn
japatri : 2
marati mogga :2
PREPARATION :-
- Chop tomatoes and grind them .
- Chop onion and greenchillies.
- Heat a thick bottomed bowl , add oil.
- When it is heated add whole garam masalas.( see ingredients under subtitle "whole garam masalas")
- Next add chillies , After 2 mins add onions.
- After onion turns golden colour add ginger garlic paste and add mint leaves.
- Now add grinded tomato puree.
- Add salt and add a pinch of garam masala.
- When oil separates add 1& 1/2 glass water .
- Add rice when water boils .
- When it is nearby to complete add coriander leaves.
- When rice is cooked Switchoff stove and dont take its lid for 10 mins.
- Serve hot tasty tomato rice with raitha.

I read some of your recipies, and strongly say they are really good. Somehow my Eye could catch this anonymous comment.....If someone really can't cook then only they would say all these words.Whoever it is they doesn't the cooking , yes I add garam masala for Tamato Bath.
