CABBAGE CURRY





INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-

Cabbage : 1 small

onion:1 big

tomato :1

green chillies :2

oil : 2 tspns

salt : 3/4 tspn

chillypowder : 1/2 tspn

turmeric : 1/4 tspn

everest sabji masala : 1/2 tspn

ginger garlic paste : 1/4 tspn

PREPARATION :-

  • Chop cabbage , green chillies , onion and tomato.

  • Heat a pan add oil , Add green chillies and when they turn little whitish add onions.

  • After 2 mins add ginger garlic paste.

  • After it looses raw smell add chopped cabbage and stir well.

  • After 5 mins add salt.

  • When cabbage is cooked add chopped tomato and mix well.

  • When tomato becomes mushy add chillypowder , turmeric , everest sabji masala.

  • Finally add coriander leaves , mix well and put lid.

  • Switchoff stove after 5 mins.

  • Tasty cabbage curry is ready to Serve hot with rice / roti.
