INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Cabbage : 1 small
onion:1 big
tomato :1
green chillies :2
oil : 2 tspns
salt : 3/4 tspn
chillypowder : 1/2 tspn
turmeric : 1/4 tspn
everest sabji masala : 1/2 tspn
ginger garlic paste : 1/4 tspn
PREPARATION :-
- Chop cabbage , green chillies , onion and tomato.
- Heat a pan add oil , Add green chillies and when they turn little whitish add onions.
- After 2 mins add ginger garlic paste.
- After it looses raw smell add chopped cabbage and stir well.
- After 5 mins add salt.
- When cabbage is cooked add chopped tomato and mix well.
- When tomato becomes mushy add chillypowder , turmeric , everest sabji masala.
- Finally add coriander leaves , mix well and put lid.
- Switchoff stove after 5 mins.
- Tasty cabbage curry is ready to Serve hot with rice / roti.

I was searching for this kind of cabbage curry which will go very well with roti and found yours. I made it spicy and it came out very well...
