INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Coconut : 1/4 th of whole
Roasted bengal gram / putnalu : 3tbspns
green chilly : 3
garlic pods : 1
salt : 1/2 tspn
tamarind : 1 strand
FOR SEASONING :-
Oil: 1 tspn
urad dal : 1/2 tspn
red chilly :1
cumin : 1/4 tspn
mustard : 1/4 tspn
asafoetida : pinch
curry leaves : 1 strig
PREPARATION :-
- Chop coconut and green chillies into pieces.
- Take all the 6 items in ur mixcy container and grind them together.
- When they r done add little water and grind again.
- Put seasoning in a pan in the order given and mix with chutney .
- Serve with idlies or dosas or with any suitable tiffin.
