INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
peanuts : Handful
Dry red chillies : 6
garlic pod : 1
salt : lessthan 1/2 tspn
coconut : 1/4 th of whole
Tamarind : 1 strand
For Seasoning :-
oil : 1 tspn
urad dal : 1/2 tspn
dry red chilly :1
cumin seeds : 1/4 tspn
mustard seeds : 1/4 tspn
hing / asafoetida : sprinkle little.
Curry leaves : 1 strig
PREPARATION :-
- Dry fry peanuts and when they r halfdone add dry red chillies .
- In mixcy container add fried peanuts , dry red chilly , garlic pod , coconut pieces , salt , tamarind and grind nicely .
- After 1 trip add water and grind again.
- Now take it into a bowl .
- Heat a pan do seasoning by adding all the ingredients under subtitle " for seasoning " one by one.
- Mix seasoning to ur grinded chutney and serve with tiffins.
