serves : 2 adults
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
Potato : 1 big
chikkudu kayalu / broad beans : 10-15
onion :1
green chilly : 1
tomato : 1
salt : 1/2 tspn
chillypowder : 1/2 tspn
turmeric : 1/4 tspn
garam masala : pinch
ginger garlic paste : 1/4 tspn
curry leaves : 1 strig
coriander leaves : 5 strigs
oil : 2 tspns.
PREPARATION :-
- Peelout the skin of potato and chop them into pieces. Add them to a bowl of water.
- Wash broad beans and make them into pieces.
- Chop onion , green chilly and tomato into pieces.
- Now heat a pan add oil , add green chilly , curry leaves and onion.
- When onion turns golden colour add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- When rawness reduces add potato and broad beans pieces and mix well. put a lid .
- After 2 mins add 1/4 tspn salt.
- When they r half done add chopped tomato and mix well.
- When it becomes mushy add salt , chilly powder , turmeric , garam masala powder and coriander leaves . mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup-1 cup of water and switchoff stove when potato is perfectly cooked.
- Serve hot with rice .
