From my childhood i dont like snake guard curry or anything related to it.But after my marraige oneday my mother-in-law did this snake guard fry and from that time this became one of my favourite dish.Now lets see this rocking recipe.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
Snake guard : 1/4 of big snakeguard.
garlic cloves : 4
oil : 1 tbspncurry leaves : 5
urad dal,mustard seeds,cumin seeds: altogether 1/2 tspn
red chilly : 1
salt,chillypowder : as per ur taste
HOW TO PREPARE:
First wash snake guard and cut in into fine rings as shown.crush garlic gently.
- Heat a pan and pour 1tbspn oil ,after it gets heated splutter urad dal,red chilly,mustard,cumin seeds,garlic,curryleaves.
Now add chopped snakeguard and fry well. it takes 15-25 mins.donot add salt now since water comes out.fry till it becomes quarter quantity of what we added.
- Finally add salt,chillypowder and a pinch of turmeric.After 2 mins switchoff the stove.ur tasty snakeguard fry is ready for u. serve it with hot hot rice.
